“We know how difficult it can be to start a career in a new country“, said Armin Scheuer, CEO & Founder of Lemonmint. “Often the missing piece is not talent or education, but access to opportunity. Our goal with this program is to provide that first opportunity – so that future professionals in digital health can gain experience, build networks, and quickly move into roles that truly match their potential.“

Welcoming Our New Participant

Lemonmint is pleased to welcome Nisha Gautam as the third participant in the program. Nisha recently completed her Master’s degree in Digital Health at Deggendorf Institute of Technology and will support Lemonmint’s work on helping healthcare stakeholder grow.

At the same time, Lemonmint congratulates two of its recent colleagues in the program on their new professional roles:

  • Simran Khanna has transitioned into a new position as Regulatory Affairs Manager at BEGO GmbH.
  • Hazel Christine D’couto has also successfully transitioned into a new role as as Software Tester and Validator at Yoleco GmbH.

Reflecting on her time with Lemonmint, Simran said: “It has been an honour to contribute to Lemonmint and to be part of a mission I deeply believe in. Even though my time with the team was short, the experience and encouragement I received will stay with me as I move forward in my career.“

“For Lemonmint, such transitions represent more than a farewell. They are a sign that the program is fulfilling its purpose – helping talented individuals find their place in the growing digital health ecosystem and living up to the principle that knowledge is global and healthcare is local.“, said Armin Scheuer.
