Armin Scheuer, Founder & CEO
Through Lemonmint, Armin leverages his extensive experience to provide expert consultancy that drives substantial change in digital health. As the former Vice President & Executive Director EMEA for HIMSS, he devoted over 15 years to advancing healthcare through technology, including pioneering a comprehensive digital assessment for a nation’s entire hospital sector. He also founded so2say, an early innovator in European eHealth communication.

Lea Ledwon, Senior Manager Initiatives
With over ten years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and international collaboration, Lea co-coordinates the SHELTERS Project at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. A political scientist by training, she focuses on designing cross-sector partnerships and formats for international engagement in health. At Lemonmint, she manages the Data2Value initiative. Previous roles included the German Israeli Health Forum for Artificial Intelligence (GIHF-AI), which she managed, the Theodor Fliedner Stiftung, and the Friends of Charité association.

Nataliya Bogdanova-Dochev, Senior Manager Operations
For more than fifteen years, Nataliya has been active in the international healthcare sector, specializing in the planning and execution of events of varying formats and scales. She played a key role in organizing international meetings and events for HIMSS across German-speaking countries. Later, she joined the Health Innovation Hub of the German Federal Ministry of Health, where she actively facilitated collaboration among diverse stakeholders by creating optimal environments for sustained and productive dialogue.

Martin Eberhart, Partner, Strategy & Commercial Leadership
Martin has twenty years of management, sales and marketing experience in an international environment, among others with technology leaders Doctolib, Microsoft, Philips and the world’s largest health IT association HIMSS. During his career he worked to advance the digitization of processes in healthcare to provide better care in the U.S. and Europe. Martin has successfully established data-driven solutions in new markets and built up organizational units.
